About us
The goal of the Sporting Academy is to use sport as a mechanism to teach Biblical values during regular coaching sessions on the sports field. Sport coaches are trained according to the Ubabalo curriculum which includes Whole life Coaching principles.
Ububalo (meaning “grace” in Xhosa) began in South Africa to address the challenge of fatherlessness in Africa. The Ububalo coach uses sport to instill sound life values in a player’s life and therefore it enables the coach to be an effective role model, father-figure and mentor.
